The S&P 500 Index drifted a little lower Monday, as we await the Federal Reserve meeting and several other announcements for the week.
The next couple of days could be rather noisy, as we will be waiting to see whether or not the Federal Reserve is going to tighten monetary policy by just 50 basis points, 75 basis points, or a whopping 100 basis points.
Between now and then, there are a lot of people talking, none of which are really saying anything that you should be listening to. After all, it’s the Federal Reserve that knows what Federal Reserve is going to do.
